Me ha llegado tu carta hoy… pues de Zuera “me echaron en febrero a Logroño, y alli como le partí la cara a un violador” me han traido aquí. Me alegra recibir cartas de gente que lucha, yo de hecho llevo toda la vida luchando – tengo 53 años- 6 en deformatorios por rebelarme contra los grises, verdes y la brigada politico social que cada vez que venia el hijoputa de Franco a Zaragoza, [a mi padre] lo metian preso por ser republicano y pagar 10 años (precisamente aquí, cuando era campo de concentración) tenía 10 años, me lié a pedradas contra el 1500 que se llevaba a mi padre… y al reformatorio. Allí a hostias y mordiscos con los frailes pederastas, me fugué unas 20 veces. Vivia en invierno con los colegas en los chalets de veraneo de los falangistas- de okupas- y en verano en tiendas de campaña en los pinares de mi barrio… luego me dediqué a expropiar bancos, quemar lecheras, fábricas – todo lo que representaba al Estado represor- me condenaron con 18 años de edad en 1975 -octubre- a 82 años por la fascista ley de peligrosidad, hubo indultos y amnistias… pero a los anarkos y sociales, migajas, total, llevo entre deformatorios y carceles 43 años preso -de cárcel 33 efectivos- y mi mayor condena es de 5 años -por expropiacion bancaria-

En el 2007, me llevaron a Meco, allí salí 8 permisos y me dieron el tercer grado… pero me enviaron al CIS de Zaragoza por ser maño (como en 1995 tuve un tiroteo con varios secretas a los que desarmé) me la juraron… y 20 años después, un buen día, estando currando en la Expo, me detuvieron en casa de mis hijos y me metieron un marrón que no habia hecho: Indefenso total; no me preguntaron ni ver el video, me regresaron de grado y a Zuera. Mi caso es para que pase a los anales de la judicatura como proceso Inquisidor. Me cambiarton 3 veces de jueces de instrucción -pues vieron que era un montaje policial y estaba indefenso- (sólo faltó que me privaran de la abogada). Incluso -esto es kafkiano, surrealista- los testigos del atraco no declarararon ni en comisaria ni en el juzgado, y por supuesto no me reconocieron como el atracador, y las caracteristicas que me dieron en el juicio eran de un joven, delgado, con melenas y flaco. Yo tengo 53 años, peso 80 kilos y soy corpulento, canoso, pelo a cepillo. Incluso el policia que visionó y midió antropometricamente el video durante 2 meses, el dia del juicio dijo cuando pusieron el CD “Ese sujeto, vuelvo a repetirlo, es mucho más joven y delgado que este señor” (la juez omitió la del policia que dice en diligencias policiales: “enseñé a los testigos un albúm de fotos de diferentes bancos de datos, de fotos con pecas o tatuajes (de quita y pon) en la cara… pero el día del juicio – está grabado en audio y video- declara: “No existen albumes de fotos parciales de pecas, tatuajes y sólo les enseñé la foto de Rufete”. La juez también omitió esto de la sentencia. La muy zorra prevaricó y se atreve a plasmar en la sentencia: “enseñadas las pelucas y prendas a los testigos, las reconocen”… No enseñaron nada… Prevaricación! También se atreve a decir que tanto los testigos como ella me reconocen el video cuendo ni ella ni el fiscal ni la abogada les preguntaron si me conocian, todo lo contrario, uno dijo “este no es” pero la fascista “familia de un madreo que tiroteé” -y les quité las armas, los detuve yo a ellos y los dejé esposados…-pero nunca dijeron que les quité las armas (pues los habrían suspendido de empleo y sueldo), como no se las devolví (las tiré al Ebro), me tendieron esta sucia treta.

Luego, el que tomó, reveló y fotografió las huellas en el lugar de los hechos – es ubicuo (¿?) como una caja de caudales- declara: “a las 5:30 llegué (mentira, estaban los empleados y varios policias, como luego rectificó en el juicio), la caja estaba tirada en el suelo sin protección”… pero en su acta de inspección ocular en un sello pone: “ a las 5:30 se llevan la caja al laboratorio”.

Luego, el gran Enigma, resulta que el cientifico de huellas de jefatura de Zaragoza dice en el juicio: “precisamente por el 1/8 de huella encontrado en la cata, la cotejamos con la última que le tomamos el día de su detención -24/spt/2010-…” pero resulta que yo estaba en busca y captura, trabajando y en el CIS de Zaraoza (con seguimiento policial; ellos mismos dicen que me mantenian continuamente vigilado cuando entraba y salía del CIS) desde el dñia 23, un dñia antes -dos oreguntas retorias- si estoy en busca y captura desde el 23 ¿por qué no vienen a por mi al CIS?, ¿Por qué estando continuamente vigilado y con seguimiento policial desacarado, ni se ocultaban, me dejaron ir a atracar? ¿Cómo cotejan una huella que a mi no me han tomado con una que dicen que aparece en la caja ubicua?

Total, una farsa filmada, ahí estan las transcripciones y la total y absoluta indefensión y vacio probatorio.. pero con artimañas dignas de una dictadura e inquisición, por no conformarme con 3 años, me darán 5, el tope, justo lo que me habían quitado con la doctrina del Constitucional de las dobles preventiva.
