Nos explica nuestro corresponsal que ese “médico”, que no es el habitual del módulo sino que viene a sustituir de vez en cuando a la titular, suele negarse a cualquier petición de los presos remitiéndoles al regreso de aquélla, pero en este caso decidió arbitrariamente reducirle a Antonio Javier la medicación antiepiléptica recetada por un neurólogo del hospital de Alicante, ante lo cual y temiendo los efectos previsibles de la falta de medicación, el hombre se puso nervioso y en la discusión sobre el asunto con el “médico” empujó hacia él la mesa que les separaba. Inmediatamente, “le llevaron a aislamiento en volandas entre diez o doce carceleros dándole todos los golpes que pudieron, y una vez allí le esposaron, le dejaron en calzoncillos y le volvieron a golpear” , “y le tienen de una manera completamente ilegal e inhumana, pues el primer día le tuvieron esposado, sin colchón, sin comer y en calzoncillos, aparte de la paliza que le dieron, todo esto desde las 11 ó 12 del día martes 21-10-08 hasta el día siguiente que en lo único que cambió fue en que le desesposaron, le daban de cenar, de desayunar y comer no, vamos como si le estuvieran dando una limosna, y me parece, pues de esto no estoy seguro, que por la noche le daban un colchón, eso sí sin darle ni su ropa ni sábanas ni manta, o sea, en calzoncillos”.
El día 29 de octubre, según testigos, “no le han dado todavía ninguna de sus pertenencias, ni ropa, ni papeles, fotos, bolígrafo, nada absolutamente, tan solo la ropa que llevaba el día que se lo llevaron, por lo que no ha podido cambiarse de ropa desde entonces(...), ni tan siquiera le han dado una toallla para que no se pueda duchar”, sólo le dan una comida al día, normalmente la cena, “por lo anterior he podido comprobar como ha adelgazado considerablemente”, y “todavía tenía un ojo morado por la paliza que le dieron el día 21” sin que el médico que pasa todos los días por el módulo de aislamiento haya hecho nada al respecto. “El día 31-10-08 (10 días después de la movida) es la única vez que le han dejado cambiarse de ropa, le han quitado el televisor, le dicen que no saben dónde está, le han quitado la tarjeta que tenemos para comprar cosas, sin ella no puede comprar nada, su familia le manda dinero pero no puede cobrarlo, hacer uso de él, pues le dicen que su tarjeta está bloqueada, por lo que no puede comprar nada, ni tabaco, ni gel, ni sellos, nada absolutamente. Ha estado 4 días en calzoncillos, sin sábanas ni manta, sin poder ducharse. Para que no le sigan pisoteando sus derechos se metió un MISIL (un cacho de hierro en el estómago). Me ha hecho saber que el primer grado se lo meten seguro, pues han exagerado la movida mogollón”. “Apenas puede dormir, primero porque le han quitado dos de las tres pastillas que tenía para los ataques epilépticos que sufre desde que tenía 9 años (...), y segundo porque le están torturando aparte de físicamente, ya le han dado tres o cuatro palizas, psicológicamente, mediante linternazos por la trampilla de la puerta dos o tres veces-noche, despertándolo así de la manera más cruel”, “me ha hecho llegar una denuncia para que la mande al Juzgado (...)haciéndole saber que él no puede pues le rompen todas las instancias que pretende cursar”.
