…Estoy siendo objeto de un acoso
represivo atroz por parte del carcelariado, tanto a nivel regimental (
sanciones, aislamiento, secuestro y desaparición de correspondencia,
levantamiento de bulos, engrilletamientos, amenazas, intimidaciones…) cono a
nivel sanitario (desasistencia médica total y absoluta, manipulación de falsos
informes psiquiátricos a objeto de impunizar sus cobardes y miserables
cometidos, ocultación de resultados analíticos – de hecho el día 21/04/09 se me
realizó un control analítico y se niegan a facilitarme las fotocopias del
mismo-.Por otro lado se niegan a redacta un informe médico reconociendo que
tengo el hígado en fase cirrótica, ello para que no pueda ser liberado al
amparo del art. 92 del Código Penal. También están intentando administrarme antimicóticos
para neutralizar mi capacidad intelectual, se niegan a programarme una cita
para que se me practique una resonancia magnética por motivo de una lumbalgia,
y que por cierto inmoviliza la pierna derecha, e incluso se niegan a prescribirme
ningún tipo de analgésicos para que me mitigue los fuertes e intensos dolores.
Y para colmo con fecha 24/04/09 se me trasladó al hospital –bajo orden
judicial-para una resonancia que no se e pudo practicar pues tenía la cita a
las 16 H. Y se me trasladó al hospital a
las 9 de la mañana)

esta institución fascista carcelaria (Director y Seguridad)

Las
torturas que se están materializando contra mí van más allá de lo meramente
penitenciario. Es decir que tienen como telón de fondo motivos ideológicos y
por mantener correspondencia con presos vascos.

No
obstante lo miserable de esta situación es que se está llevando a cabo de forma
encubierta. Y lo que es peor con el beneplácito y la complicidad del JVP de
Sevilla. De hecho me he visto obligado a denunciar al mismo ante la Audiencia Provincial de Sevilla.

Pues
bien, La dirección general de II. PP.
Tiene pleno conocimiento de lo que aquí se está cociendo. Es decir, le
consta que estoy sistemáticamente torturado médica y regimentalmente. Pero
también de que he empapelado Sevilla y como que no le ha hecho mucha gracia.

Llamas para advertirle de los problemas que estaba teniendo en está prisión y a
su vez para pedirle que no me retornasen a la misma (puesto que por aquel
entonces me encontraba en Puerto III por motivo de pasar una revisión de grado
a través de la central de observación) y que se me trasladase a la prisión de
Jaén II para poder visitarme mi familia.

bien […] le faltó tiempo para
trasladarme a la prisión de Morón, y parece ser que dejó instrucciones para que
se me torturase con más saña…

No
obstante yo también he mandado otra carta al ministro del Interior para denunciar
mi situación.

En
definitiva, que la situación es
extremadamente preocupante y delicada. Y por lo que veo, esto ha entrado en una
espiral de hostilidad que es imposible salir de ella, porque no tengo intención
de ceder ni un ápice en mis postulados

El
hígado lo tengo destrozado pero yo soy consciente de que no me van a excarcelar
ni por error…

Por
otro lado, el tratamiento penitenciario no lo reconozco. De hecho ni solicito
permisos ni realizo destinos ni tan siquiera participo de las actividades
socio-culturales…
