Informe de situación del Colectivo de pres@s polític@s formado por militantes del SRI, PCE(r) y GRAPO

A fecha de diciembre de 2008, el Colectivo lo compone un número de prisioner@s de 40, 24 hombres y 16 mujeres, de los cuales 1 es militante del Socorro Rojo Internacional -SRI-, 17 del Partido Comunista de España (reconstituido) -PCE(r)- y otr@s 22 de los Grupos de Resistencia Antifascista Primero de Octubre -GRAPO-.
Además, en situación de "Libertad" Provisional hasta juicio, tras haber cumplido etapa de prisión, se encuentran otros 10 militantes, del PCE(r) -5- y del SRI -5-.
La política de criminalización y represión, entre la que se inserta la denominada “Política de Dispersión Penitenciaria” (llamada así en España, pero que también existe con otros nombres en el resto), hace que el Colectivo haya tenido presos hasta en tres países, España, Francia e Italia, repartidos en 25 cárceles, todos ellos en “Primer Grado Régimen Especial” –máximo aislamiento-. Dentro de las cárceles en que “coinciden”, la mayoría están en módulos distintos, con lo que en la práctica cada preso y presa política del Colectivo se haya en total aislamiento. Se da el caso de presos del Colectivo que llevando años en la misma cárcel, aún no han coincidido ni se han visto ni una sola vez . Además, rizando el rizo, en la mayoría de cárceles ni siquiera les tienen en los mismos módulos que otros presos políticos de otras organizaciones revolucionarias.
Otra situación alarmante y a denunciar es la de la aplicación de facto de la condena perpetua, aún de que ya debieran estar en libertad con la parte proporcional totalmente cumplida. Ya son 5 los militantes del Colectivo a los que se les ha condenado de por vida:
-Miguel Angel Bergado Martínez: 28 años en la cárcel, condena cumplida, pero se le ha aplicado la “cadena perpetua” que de hecho significa el cumplimiento íntegro hasta mayo de 2011.
-Xaime Simón Quintela: 24 años en la cárcel, condena cumplida, pero se le ha aplicado la “cadena perpetua” que de hecho significa el cumplimiento íntegro hasta enero de 2015.
-Suso Cela Seoane: 19 años en la cárcel, condena cumplida, pero se le ha aplicado la perpetua hasta el año 2020. Recordemos que fue secuestrado por los GAL de Roldán en enero de 1990, drogado, torturado y sólo puesto en libertad porque no tenía la información que el Estado precisaba. Sus captores, guardias civiles del Servicio de Información, no han sido condenados, pero sí ascendidos.
-María Jesús Romero Vega: 19 años en la cárcel, condena cumplida. Se le ha aplicado la candena perpetua de facto, hasta 2020.
-Olga Oliveira Alonso: 18 años en la cárcel, condena cumplida. Se le ha aplicado la condena perpetua de facto, hasta 2020.
En cuanto a la situación sanitaria, recordamos que son 4 pres@s los que teniendo enfermedades graves e incurables están secuestrados de facto:
-Manuel Pérez Martínez, Secretario General del PCE(r), 64 años de edad, 16 años preso en tres tandas. Muy graves enfermedades oculares, hernia de hiato y grave debilidad general debido a la situación brutal de encarcelamiento y aislamiento. Es el único máximo dirigente de una organización comunista desde Dimitrov que ha estado preso en dos países, únicamente por militancia POLÍTICA. Se le está juzgando por todas y cada una de las acciones de los GRAPO de los últimos años. Absuelto en todas ellas, sigue en prisión.
-María José Baños Andujar, militante de los GRAPO, 15 años presa en dos tandas. Necesita de implante de hígado y está enferma de v.i.h., que en situación carcelaria no tiene ningún tratamiento.
-Manuel Arango Riego, militante del PCE(r), tiene 62 años de edad, 7 años preso en dos tandas. Sufre una grave ciática crónica que le impide realizar cualquier labor mínimamente normal. Graves problemas de movilidad, se tiene que valer de la ayuda de otro preso político. Hipermedicado.
-Carmen Muñoz Martínez, militante del PCE(r). 26 años presa en tres tandas. Sufre cáncer de mama, del cual tras ser operada tiene que someterse a duras sesiones de quimioterapia y otras varias sesiones de rehabilitación, lesivas para el resto de su salud. Hipermedicada.
En cuanto a la situación en las cárceles, la mayoría absoluta de los revolucionarios presos tienen controladas las comunicaciones, llamadas telefónicas y visitas. Por regla general, sólo se les permite enviar 2 cartas a la semana y 3 llamadas telefónicas a familiares de 5 minutos exactos cada una. Las visitas duran entre 40 a 50 minutos cada semana y no son acumulables.Casi todos los militantes del Colectivo sufren además la dispersión geográfica de su nacionalidad o región de origen. Los gallegos, en cárceles de Andalucía, los vascos, igual. Las andaluces, en cárceles del norte, las madrileñas, en Valencia y así sucesivamente. Este es un castigo aplicado a sus familiares y amigos que van a visitarles, pues para un encuentro de 40 minutos, se tienen que realizar viajes de por ejemplo 2.200 kilómetros (Santurtzi – Algeciras), al menos 2 días y cientos de euros de gastos. Además de los accidentes que se vienen produciendo por la dispersión, el último en Granada de dos amigos de presos políticos en febrero de 2007.La situación alimentaria es otra herramienta de intento de exterminio.
