Ella no creía que pudieran ser graves, y continuó la preparación de la cena, pero la policía dio varios pasos hacia delante en un intento por detenerla y proclamó: “Voy a usar la violencia” y se acercó a Renata. Ella empezó a entrar en pánico porque no había un lugar donde pudiera escapar. En este momento ella tomo el cuchillo que estaba usando para preparar la cena y señaló a la policía, por lo que se echó atrás. Renata no intento apuñalar a nadie, sólo quería que él policia se mantuiera alejado. Entonces el policía le arrancó el cuchillo y le echó gas pimienta en la cara, y la arrastró hacia fuera, otro policía registró su apartamento sin ningún tipo de orden judicial, al tiempo que la mantenian en el suelo.
