Hay un compañero en la prisión gallega de A Lama, que está sometido a la violencia indiscriminada de sus carceleros. Este compañero, estuvo implicado activamente en la lucha contra el FIES, y quien tenga memoria de esos momentos, podrá recordar que en muchos comunicados, aparecía la firma del Gavioto. Aquí algunas de sus palabras:
El día 23/09 se me plantaron en la celda los carceleros y estaba leyendo el correo y uno de ellos me rompió una carta y quiso pegarme. Yo sólo les dí dos ladridos y salieron corriendo (están acostumbrados a pegar a la gente y que no se les revuelvan). El caso es que vinieron unos 15 guardias en plan de amenazas pero no se atrevían a entrar y después de asegurar que no habría paliza, les dejé que me esposaran y me llevaron al celular (1a fase) allí me desnudaron y me golpearon; siguieron con empujones, amenazas y todo tipo de humillaciones. Me tuvieron dos días desnudo en una celda bajo el Art. 72, sin nada y sin patio. Cuando me levantaron el art., en vez de conducirme al módulo 14 de 1er grado, 2a fase, me llevaron al ala corta del celular. Me mantienen en una especie de aislamiento, pues yo debería estar con presos de 2a fase. No me traen ni mis efectos personales, ni mis fotos, ni mis papeles y tampoco me han dado paso a las llamadas.
Yo escribiré al Juez y al Juzgado de Guardia porque se pasan todo el rato amenazando, me quitan mis cosas, y me zarandean para provocarme. Quisiera que se difundiera mi situación por internet, para que se pueda hacer algo de ruido enviando escritos y faxes, pues yo estoy incomunicado por el teléfono y por las direcciones (la tuya la tengo por un sobre que llevaba escondido en la cartera), pero no puedo ni escribir a la abogada.
Me han dado el auto de procesamiento, nos piden un total de 20 años y sólo tengo 3 días para recurrir ciertas cosas, pero me es imposible por todo lo que está pasando. Me huelo que quieren meterme la 1a fase sin haber hecho nada. Si podéis difundir mi situación, explica que todos los días me amenazan con pegarme y que estoy aislado de todos los demás presos. Cuando tenga más papel te escribo, pero ahora necesito que vean que estoy solo pues no puedo llamarte a ti, ni a mi madre.
