Como sabéis, tanto yo, como un compañero de aquí (C.P.
Madrid V), no solo apoyamos, secundamos y participamos en dichos ayunos (suscritos
y refrendados por nuestros anteriores comunicados); también hemos dejado muy
claro que, con independencia pero también como contraste positivo y de complementariedad,
adjuntamos las condiciones específicas en materia punitiva que padecemos en el
Estado español. Esto quiere poner de
manifiesto que la cuestión CARCEL-MUERTE nos afecta a TODXS LXS PRISIONERXS,
pero en “España” la situación es de autentica locura, donde el exterminio de
lxs prisionerxs es algo “natural”.

El otro día me llegó la carta de un anarquista italiano.

Abolición de los “tribunales de excepción” y de las “cárceles
negras”. En definitiva, destrucción de la industria opaca del asesinato en masa
legitimado (institucionalizado) “ democráticamente”.

Fin de las legislaciones, a nivel
internacional, en materia penal/ punitiva, cuyo soporte ideológico/ moral se
basa en el “derecho penal contra el enemigo”. Si esto es así, no nos debemos ni
plantear la respuesta.

Desaparición de las estructuras de la
opresión: de carceleros, de jueces, policías, políticos, médicos-forenses y
abogados que amparan el ejercicio de la tortura y la practican con total
impunidad. Desprecio a los que consienten con su silencio cómplice.

Desaparición de los “espacios oscuros” (aislamientos)
donde se practican actos sistemáticos y execrables contra lxs detenidxs. Los
aislamientos carcelarios MATAN.

Dejad en paz a nuestros familiares y
amigos. Que cese la intervención de las comunicaciones bajo todos los aspectos
y la humillación que padecen los visitantes.

Si consentimos que nos sigan tratando así amigos, no
merecemos vivir como seres humanos libres.

La extensión de la guerra contra la desigualdad, es un
deber, no un “ picnic”.
