En las cárceles han aumentado los ataques contra los familiares de los presos vascos

Etxerat quiere denunciar con firmeza los últimos ataques contra los
derechos de los familiares, amigos y amigas de los presos políticos
vascos. En apenas dos semanas, las prisiones españolas de Badajoz,
Foncalent, Albacete y Alcalá Meco han sido testigo de los intentos de
cacheo y humillación de allegados.
En
la prisión extremeña, policías españoles y carceleros trataron de
cachear a las personas que iba a visitar a los presos políticos vascos
allí encarcelados. Como consecuencia de ello, muchos se quedaron sin
visita. El pasado fin de semana, en Foncalent, intentaron cachear a los
progenitores del preso Endika Abad. Tres cuartos de lo mismo sucedió
con la pareja del arrasatearra Txus Goikoetxea en Alicante. El último
capítulo lo hemos vivido en Alcalá Meco donde familiares del oreretarra
Josu Arruabarrena y del navarro Sergio Boado fueron cacheados antes de
entrar a la visita.
Buscan incrementar la presión
contra los y las prisioneras políticas vascas. Al parecer no tienen
suficiente con una criminal política penitenciaria que utiliza la
dispersión, la Cadena Perpetua, la Pena de Muerte, el aislamiento, la
soledad, los golpes, las humillaciones o la violación constante de la
correspondencia... Ahora, además, pretenden también agredir y humillar
a sus allegados. Desde Etxerat, creemos que la mejor manera de poner
fin a estas situaciones es aunar el compromiso de los agentes sociales,
políticos, sindicales y de infinidad de personas a título individual
arrastre y haga desaparecer la conculcación de derechos constante que
sufren los y las presas políticas vascas.
Sucesos en prisión, familiares sin visita y una detención
Familiares
que contaban con tres vis a vis hoy en la prisión española de Huelva se
han quedado sin visita. En virtud de una circular llegada desde Madrid,
los han querido cachear y tras negarse se han quedado sin vis a vis y
sin visita normal. Los familiares, amigos y amigas que contaban tan
sólo con la visita normal han podido entrar a los locutorios, pero tras
contar a los presos lo sucedido, estos han optado por poner fin a la
visita y salir de los locutorios.
En Curtis,
por su parte, los familiares de Zigor Blanco e Iñaki Peña también se
han quedado sin vis a vis por la misma razón. El padre de Peña ha
conseguido entrar a una sala de visitas, pero una vez allí el
responsable del servicio ha llamado a la Guardia Civil y el padre de
Peña ha sido detenido “por desobediencia a la autoridad” y “negarse a
un cacheo”. En estos momentos, se encuentra a espera de pasar a
disposición judicial. El resto de familiares, amigos y amigas han
podido realizar la visita con normalidad.
En
Herrera de la Mancha, los familiares que contaba con vis a vis familiar
tampoco han podido realizar su visita por el mismo motivo. Idéntica
razón ha sucedido en Almería donde cuatro familiares, amigos y amigas
han perdido la visita. En Villena (Alicante) otra persona se ha quedado
también sin vis.
Etxerat quiere denunciar con
dureza todos estos acontecimientos. Estamos asistiendo a un nuevo
endurecimiento de la criminal política penitenciaria vigente. Ahora,
somos los familiares, amigos y amigas los que estamos en el punto de
mira. Los ataques contra nosotros y nosotras van en aumento: Amenazas,
insultos, golpes, la polémica en torno a las fotografías o lo sucedido
durante los últimos días en Badajoz, Albacete, Foncalent, Alcalá Meco,
Curtis, Almería, Villena, Herrera o Huelva.
Golpeando a los
familiares y castigando a la solidaridad, su objetivo es destruir a los
presos y presas políticas vascas. La situación se está tornando muy
grave. Arremetiendo contra su entorno afectivo y social, no buscan otra

En cuanto a la situación de los familiares de los presos, peor es la de los familiares de las victimas que estos presos han dejado en su camino, esos si que no tienen posbilidad de ver a sus familiares asesinados.
A mi me parece muy bien que los cacheen. Cuando uno va al aeropuerto lo cachean y no pasa nada. NO he visto a nadie negarse a viajar en avion por cachearlo.
