En proximos meses se me va a juzgar por tomar posesion de mi libertad durante el "disfrute de un permiso carcelario" , por lo cual me quieren imponer una sancion economica de 6.480 euros a razon de 12 euros por dia,lo ke al no pagar dicha sancion economica me supone un año y medio mas de carcel que sumado a los casi 25 años de condena que ya tengo suponen 26 años y medio de privacion de libertad.
Yo no considero que el hecho de tomar posesion de una libertad que me perteneze sea razon para ampliar una condena que ya supera los 24 años,de los cuales entre periodos de prision efectiva y redenciones extraordinarias ya se acerca a los 20 años cumplidos de dicha condena,esto demuestra que la reinsercion social de presxs y penadxs no es mas que simple teoria,para ejercer el secuestro con toda impunidad.
debemos recordarles una vez mas que condena perpetua fue abolida en el estado español con el codigo penal de 1928 (salvo en el largo periodo de la dictadura).
En la actualidad me encuentro desde haze un año y medio con las 3/4 partes cumplidas de la sentencia que me fue impuesta,por lo que me deberia encontrar disfrutando de la libertad condicional y por el contrario sigo privado de ella.
La verdad es que no cabe esperar otra cosa de una sociedad que como insuperable solucion a sus problemas tiene la unica salida de crear mas conductas penales,construir mas carceles ,para llenarlas mas rapidamente de ciudadanxs molestxs o excluidxs,ya que lo unico que demuestra esto,es que es una sociedad en decadencia.
Por ello considero que a llegado el momento de plantarse y decir con energia ¡BASTA YA!!,basta ya de abusos economicos,de represion policial gratuita.Fin de las condenas judiciales por ser inherentes al engaño y a la manipulacion del espiritu individual.
