Continúa La Desasistencia Médica a José Medina en Morón

Soy José Medina Lomas de 45 años de edad, y actualmente me encuentro preso en la prisión de SEVILLA II-MORÓN (mód. 4)
Quiero comunicar que con fecha 23 de Julio de 2010 interpuse DENUNCIA ante el Juzgado de Guardia de Sevilla contra los servicios médicos de la prisión de MORÓN. Y en represalia, han cortado los mismos, suprimiéndome todo el suplemento dietético (leche, danone, etc) y el complemento proteico y vitamínico (“Meritene”).
–Actualmente mi peso corporal no supera los 48 kg.
-Sufro “bradicardia” de corazón
–padezco hepatitis C en fase cirrótica
– padezco de lumbalgia crónica
(Quiero significar que recientemente me ha sido denegada la excarcelación por enfermedad -Audiencia Provincial de Jaén- en consecuencia de la manipulación y falsificación de informes médicos que ha presentado la prisión. Y donde a través de los mismos, se me presentaba como un loco de atar.)
Pues bien, ante esta situación, me he visto obligado a emprender una campaña de DENUNCIAS (DGIP, DPA, JVO, JG, Ministerio del Interior) contra los servicios médicos y el director de la prisión de Morón.
Con fecha de 5 de Junio de 2010 me aplicaron una inyección para el dolor hepático y lumbar pero el ATS que me inyectó, lo hizo en tan mala condición que me dejó cojo durante 40 días. Incluso me manifestó “denuncieme al Juzgado”. Que por cierto, así lo hice ante el juzgado de guardia y el Defensor del Pueblo Andaluz.
Mi situación médica es exactamente la misma -por no decir peor- que el primer día que llegué a MORÓN (12-8-2008). Los mismos abusos y los mismos sinvergüenzas.
De hecho, aún estoy esperando que se me realice la resonancia magnética propuesta por traumatología con fechas 16-1-2009 y 5-3-2010. Así como también se niegan a facilitarme los analgésicos prescritos por el traumatólogo.
Por otro lado, se oponen a realizarme los controles analíticos solicitados por el internista infeccioso con fecha 8-6-2010. Que por cierto, por lo que se ve, habían telefoneado al mismo desde la prisión para decirle que me tratara como a un perro. (Estas prácticas son muy frecuentes por parte del director de la prisión de Morón. De hecho, ya lo hizo con el traumatólogo).
Así como también se niegan a facilitarme todo tipo de informes médicos y darme cita con cardiología.
Me han quitado de golpe, leche desnatada, danone natural y sobre de vitaminas “Meritene”.
Los medicamentos analgesicos que preciso para el dolor hepático y lumbar me los tienen que proporcionar los compañeros de patio porque los médicos me lo niegan. (Llevo sin recibir asistencia médica desde 5-6-2010).
Pues bien, la Directora General de II.PP., al igual que el Juzgado de Vigilancia Penitenciaria de Sevilla – y algunos juzgados de instrucción- no sólo conocen de las torturas médicas que se me están aplicando sino que además son ellos quienes las estan ordenando. (Esta chusma se ha propuesto, simple y llanamente, que no salga con vida de prisión).
Actualmente la salud la tengo tirada por tierra, abandonado médicamente en su totalidad y una banda de perros esperando mi muerte
No obstante, lo que a mi realmente me duele, no es que se me machaque la salud, sino que quienes lo hacen escapen con vida.
