las Redes de Apoyo, espacios de contrainformación, núcleos, compañerxs,
familias y organizaciones hermanas repartidos en diferentes lugares del
mundo.
Comunicamos:
Desde la unidad de detención provincial Nº11 de
Neuquén, los Prisioneros Políticos de origen chileno Freddy Fuentevilla
Saa y Marcelo Villaroel Sepúlveda queremos comunicar a todos y todas:
Que a partir de las 12 del mediodía de hoy, lunes 17 de noviembre damos
inicio a una movilización con características de huelga de hambre
liquida e indefinida motivada por las siguientes razones:
1- Liberación de todas y todos los combatientes populares presos por luchar:
Con
particular atención nos preocupa la situación de las y los compañeros
hoy en diferentes penales en Chile, Argentina y Brasil.
Las
democracias mas avanzadas de Latinoamérica con sistemas de control y
castigo para el exterminio físico de la disidencia política: no podemos
guardar silencio!!
2- REFUGIO POLITICO EN ARGENTINA:</p>
Solicitamos
la anulación de la orden de expulsión. Revisión de la negativa rápida e
irregular que operó en nuestras solicitudes de asilo.
En chile no
existen garantías de ningún tipo para un debido proceso. Se nos
persigue e incrimina bajo una infinidad de pruebas falsas. Nos juzgan
fiscalias militares y jueces civiles, se tortura y se encarcela para
matar.
3- TRATO DIGNO EN LAS CONDICIONES DE DETENCION:</p>
No a la tortura continua de sus regimenes de alta seguridad.
Solicitamos
la igualdad de deberes y derechos con que cuenta toda persona detenida,
y el fin a los mas de 5 (cinco) meses confinados en un contenedor de
personas llamado “buzón”.
Estos son nuestros motivos y razones que
hoy nos guían. No podemos guardar silencio ni ser meros espectadores de
la cotidiana lucha contra todo el entramado carcelario que aniquila a
miles de pobres en Latinoamérica y el mundo.
Nuestra decisión es un
grito de convocatoria a todos aquellos sectores concientes de pueblos y
comunidades que luchan por emanciparse. Es, también, una convocatoria a
mirar la realidad sabiendo que hay presas y presos que en una
continuidad histórica representan esfuerzos humanos y colectivos
claramente revolucionarios, libertarios que no han cesado en los
intento por querer vivir libres, dignxs y felices.
En chile es el
estado policial el que manda y lo hace con brutalidad y a la vista y
paciencia de una mayoría cómplice. Los módulos de alta seguridad, los
montajes mediático policiales, el acoso y seguimiento permanente, los
micrófonos en casas y lugares de reunión, la tortura, son el trato
diario que nos dispensa la señora Bachelet.
La Argentina de los
Kirchner, democrática y generosa acaba de expulsar definitivamente a
los compañeros campesinos paraguayos, dejándolos al arbitrio de la
clase política paraguaya servil a los intereses yankis. Asimismo
mantiene a miles de personas encerradas en penales y unidades de
detención bajo tratos y condiciones inaceptables.
Brasil de Lula y
el PT, un país con cárceles llamadas “fabricas de locos” donde hoy se
mantiene a Mauricio Hernández desde hace seis años y que hoy lucha por
mantenerse vivo y lucido entre toda la maquina de muerte del
“democrático gobierno del presidente obrero”.
Hoy, con toda la
cercanía y fraternidad, hacemos un llamado a articular, difundir,
organizar, preguntar, informar, proponer, armar; creemos, es la forma
mas efectiva de aportar desde los diferentes puntos de lucha donde la
opción anticapitalista esté presente.
Construir las redes de solidaridad, un desafío permanente para la consecución victoriosa de esta movilización.
