Supongo que muchas de las personas que están apoyándome o simplementesiguen mi caso, se preguntan porque digo que estoy secuestrado poreste estado fascista en el que vivimos. Bien, intentaré explicarlo demanera que lo pueda entender todo el mundo. La condena que estoy cumpliendo es de 40 años. Según sus leyes, con elcódigo Penal derogado, el artículo 70 establece como máximo 30 años,por lo que estaría cumplido. Con el nuevo código de 1995, según elartículo 76, establece como máximo 20 años, por lo cual tambiénestaría cumplido. También se podría hacer dos triples de la mayor, unacon el código antiguo y otra con el nuevo, el resultado sería 30 años,con lo que estaría también cumplido, todo esto a nivel judicial. Con la legislación penitenciaria, la condena actual es de 40 años, delos que he cumplido más de 30 años, por lo que estoy en periodo delibertad condicional, al haber cumplido más de las 3/4 partes de lacondena. Los requisitos que se necesitan para acceder a la libertadcondicional, son no tener expedientes disciplinarios, las 3/4 partescumplidas, domicilio fijo, trabajo, etc... Los cumplo todos, peroMontserrat Tura, Consellera de Justicia de Catalunya, Albert Batlle,Secretario General de las cárceles catalanas, los mandos de estecentro de exterminio donde estoy secuestrado actualmente y el Juzgadode Vigilancia Penitenciaria nº 4 de Catalunya, son los responsables deesta situación. También estos personajes están vulnerando su propiaConstitución española, artículos 10-14-15-24 y 25, todos ellosderechos fundamentales. También son responsables de que tengaprohibidas todas las comunicaciones e intervenida toda lacorrespondencia de entrada y salida por mi ideología anarquista. Estosabusos llegan hasta el punto de que estos fascistas abren las cartasque me manda mi madre, una mujer de casi 80 años. Esto demuestra hastadónde son capaces de llegar los abusos de estos fascistas herederosdirectos de la dictadura franquista, llegando a ser peores que elpropio dictador Franco, por todo esto, me encuentro en huelga dehambre hasta las últimas consecuencias o que de una vez termine estesecuestro y sus abusos.
